#8 What Lies In Your Shadows?
Today, we're discussing the importance of shadow work, what is it, how its worked through and how to shed your light on it.
Shadow work involves exploring and integrating the parts of ourselves that we have repressed, denied, or rejected. These are often the parts we find uncomfortable or unacceptable, such as our fears, insecurities, anger, or shame.
By bringing these unconscious parts into the light, we gain greater self-awareness and emotional resilience. Techniques such as journaling, meditation, breathwork and self-reflection can be helpful in this process.
We explore and share some of our own biggest shadows we have faced of with and in true Michael and Ryan style we keep pulling that thread!
